From 2004 to 2012, Rinaldi served as President Director (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PT Telkom Tbk. Prior to that, he was Commissioner and Head of the Audit Committee at PT Semen Padang. Between 1997 and 2004, he held the roles of Vice President Commissioner and President Director of PT Bahana Securities.
Earlier in his career, from 1985 to 1997, Rinaldi held various managerial and executive positions at PT Tirtamas Comexindo, Citibank Indonesia, Siemens, and Schlumberger in Scotland.
Rinaldi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), a Master of Business Administration from IPMI, and a Doctorate in Management from Padjadjaran University. He has also been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 1998.

John began his career in London as a Senior Auditor at Stoy Hayward from 1988 to 1991. Since then, he has built an extensive portfolio in equity research through senior roles at Morgan Grenfell Asia, Schroders Indonesia, Indosuez W.I Carr, ABN AMRO Asia Securities, and RBS Asia Securities in Singapore. His leadership experience includes serving as President Director of Trade Ezy Securities Indonesia and Chief Operating Officer at Finansa Indonesia.
Since 2012, he has been the Head of Equity Research at Mandiri Sekuritas, where he leads regional and domestic research initiatives. John also has long standing experience in corporate governance as an Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Audit Committee at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, a position he has held since 2010.
John holds an MBA from London Business School (1992–1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also holds the ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (1993). He completed his International Baccalaureate Diploma at the United World College of South East Asia, Singapore.

Guntur holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University, Tempe.
He is a licensed Investment Manager Representative (Wakil Manajer Investasi), certified under the Decision of the OJK Board of Commissioners No. KEP-83/PM.211/WMI/2015 dated April 20, 2015, and subsequently renewed under the Decision No. KEP-6/PM.021/PJ-WMI/2024 dated January 9, 2024.

Before his role at Ares Capital, Andri worked at Deutsche Bank in New York, where he held the position of Head of Structured Products (CDO Valuation). He began his career at Washington Mutual in Seattle and New York as a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager starting in 2005.
Andri holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
He is a licensed Investment Manager Representative (Wakil Manajer Investasi), certified under the Decision of the OJK Board of Commissioners No. KEP-82/PM.211/WMI/2015 dated April 20, 2015, and renewed under Decision No. KEP-298/PM.02/PJ-WMI/TTE/2023 dated September 27, 2023.
Board of Sharia Supervisory

He has obtained his license as an Islamic Capital Market Expert from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through Decision No. KEP-02/PM.223/ASPM.P/2019 dated January 15, 2019, regarding the Granting of the Islamic Capital Market Expert License to Nuryana Hidayat
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board of an Investment Manager include issuing a sharia compliance statement for the establishment of the Pinnacle Sharia Money Market Fund, providing advice and recommendations, and overseeing as well as ensuring that all investment activities of the Pinnacle Sharia Money Market Fund continuously comply with the Sharia Principles in the Capital Market.
