  1. Fill out the Account Opening Form (include KTP & NPWP if applicable)
  2. Fill out the Investor Risk Profile Form
  3. Fill out the Subscription Form
  4. Return /email the form to Pinnacle Investment to: cs@pinnacleinvestment.co.id
  5. Transfer the fund to: (refer to table below)
  6. Email / Fax the copy of bank fund transfer form/receipt to: cs@pinnacleinvestment.co.id / +62 21 5790 4227
Note: Transaction received before 1 pm will be processed using the same day closing NAV price Transaction received after 1 pm will be processed using the next day closing NAV price

Redemption

  1. Fill out the Redemption Form
  2. Return /email the form to Pinnacle Investment to: cs@pinnacleinvestment.co.id
  3. Email / Fax the transfer proof to: cs@pinnacleinvestment.co.id / +62 21 5790 4227

Note:
The fund will be transferred back to the investor bank account within 7 days after the redemption unit is confirmed
The redemption confirmation will be notified/mailed to investor within 7 days
