Mr. Firmansyah has more than 30 years of global experience in capital market, financial services, and various industries. He currently serves as a commissioner PT PLN Batam and independent commissioner at PT Blue Bird Tbk, PT Elnusa Tbk, and PT Indosat Tbk. From 2004-2012, Mr. Firmansyah served as a CEO and CFO at PT Telkom Tbk. Previously, he held various of executive and leadership positions at PT Semen Padang, PT Bahana Securities, PT Tirtamas Comexindo, Citibank Indonesia, Siemens, and Schlumberger in Scotland.

Mr Rachmat has more than 30 years of experience in capital market and financial industries. He currently serves as an Independent Commissioner and Senior Advisor at Pinnacle Investment; Previously, Mr Rachmat served as the Head of Investment and Research at Mandiri Investment Management Singapore. Before MIMS, John was the Head of Equity Research and Strategy at Mandiri Sekuritas (2012 - 2016). Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Director and Regional Analyst at RBS Asia Securities Singapore, where he covered the ASEAN consumer, media, plantation and transportation sectors at the firm. Earlier, Mr. Rachmat has served at a number of stock broking companies and investment banks, including ABN Amro Asia Securities Indonesia, Indosuez WI Carr Securities, Schroders, and Morgan Grenfell Asia. He was Independent Commissioner at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk from March 2010 to Feb 2019.
Mr. Rachmat is also qualified Chartered Accountant at Stoy Hayward, London.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, he was a Managing Partner and investment manager at Ares Capital, a quantitative hedge fund and advisory firm based in Jakarta. Previously, Mr. Putra worked for Blackrock in New York, where he was responsible for providing strategic advice to institutional clients on portfolio/investment strategies, analytics, and risk management across various asset classes. He started his investment career as an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, he was a Managing Partner and investment manager at Ares Capital, a quantitative hedge fund and advisory firm based in Jakarta. Previously, Mr. Yauhari work for Deutsche Bank in New York where he was responsible for building various quantitative models to price exotic structured finance instrument. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he started his investment career as portfolio manager and risk analyst at JP Morgan in New York and Seattle.
